Our classes have clear, individualized instructions to help students with the details. You choose what kind of class you would like. We adapt classes to all experience levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Guided meditation is an introduction to meditation with traditional and modern exercises as well as breathing techniques, to lead the student to attention and presence. In this approach, inspired in part by Tibetan Buddhism, the practice of meditation is not only to relax and reduce current stress, but it also aims to help students to become more aware of their emotional, physical and sensory states. Developing calm, focussed attention and presence during meditation helps us to know ourselves better, to increase self-confidence and to step out of our habitual patterns, improving our health and our relationships with others. Regular practice develops clarity of thought in daily life and helps us to remain calm in times of stress.
